Transformation....(kinda)

Hi all..(well, i know there is not much follower or people who knew 'bout this blog)..anyway,...greeetingssss!..

how r u guys? hope everything are just fine!

It's been a while i didnt wrote anything on the blog..yea, im too lazy to..and dont have anything much interesting to share with. But, today...i would like to share with the whole world 'bout how i have become what i am now...

So, here's the story...

I was born like a normal baby..(just a lil bit huge)..4.0kg(i know what r u thinking)..but i grew up pretty normal..and to tell the truth..wasnt really fat...but im a big-framed kid..so, im heavier than i looked..

When i was 8, as far as i could remember, i started to really eat a lot..it's like, after taking lunch or dinner, i will eat breads or anything else cuz i never felt enough or full..so, i tend to eat more and more...

As the result, with that kind of eating profile..i gained 10kg/year..so..imagine..every year, i weighed 10kg more than the previous...

24kg (8 years old)--> 35kg (9)-->45kg (10)---> 55kg (11)-->77kg(12)...yea...im really huge cuz i only stands on 150cm height! Calculate my bmi..lol

Good thing happen on my 13th years..i went for a boarding school...gladly, it helps me to lose some weight..but not really much..after 3 years of schooling there, i only managed to lose 9kgs..so..then, I weighed 69kg when im 15..
After I took the PMR exam, I spent my time enjoying everything (food especially)..and again, i gained some weight..this time it's the biggest number ever..Im pumped up to 88kgs!

I really look ugly that time..and really2 fat..i hate how i looked..but then, nothing much i did to fix it..haha..too lazy..so, i decided to stop any attempts to lose weight cuz it seems impossible for me..(very pessimist or too lazy?either way)

So..i only gained weight and lose none for another 6 years of my life...at that time, it is 2008..i weight 110kg!! yes! extremely obese...my BMI is 40+ ...the maximum obese..too bad huh..
ok, that time..out of the blue..it came acrossed my mind that i should do something 'bout my weight...cuz i fear that i will hardly find undergarments of my size if i keep on gaining weight...(isnt it a good point to ponder?) cuz i already reached the max size..(bad, bad)...
So, then, i started the plan of losing weight...here are the things i've done for my weight loss(yea, i didnt consult any physician/doctor..it is just based on my knowledge, readings from the net and a lil understanding of my body works):

1) Tae Bo : 30 mins (if u dont know what tae bo is, GOOGLE IT!)
2) 1300 kcal daily intake
3) Plain water 2L
4) Sugar free drinks!


Nothing come easy, hello!!if u want something, u have to work for it..Work HARD! dont ever give up...So..as the resulttt....after 6 months of practicing those...i loss almost 30KGs!yeah..!!

and to date...i loss a total of 50kgs..that's basically half of my original size...yea, i know ur good at math..im 60 now...
